With effect from 1 April17 the rates are increasing as follows:
National Living wage for 25 years and above £7.50
National Minimum wage for 21-24 year olds £7.05
National Minimum wage for 18-20 year olds £5.60
National Minimum wage for 16-17 year olds £4.05
Apprentices £3.50 (16-18 or 19+ in first year of apprenticeship)
